Abdelhamid Morsy

CEO

As a cofounder and partner, He became the CEO of ECOTEL in 2009. Previously, he joined Quicktel as a senior manager for engineering services. The role involved intensive work with telecom and mobile operators and carried major projects implementations for large telecom projects. Prior to that, he was an Area Manager in Menatel (public payphone company) owned and managed by France Telecom Engineering, with great success in Egypt and Algeria.

Abdelhamid has a B.Sc., Computer and Control 1992 and holds a Master of business administration degree in strategic management 2005.

Abdelhamid has an extensive track record in engineering and management with vision towards growth and business maturity. His Telecom business knowledge has been a key success factor in achieving multiple distinguishing awards from major technology providers and customers.

Diaa Gerges

Financial Director

Diaa Yehia has joined ECOTEL as the Financial Director since May 2010. Diaa comes with around 21 years of experience in accounting, taxation and financial auditing. Prior to Joining ECOTEL Mr. Diaa had the position of Senior auditor at Mazars Mostafa Shawky Auditing Firm, a leading Auditing and taxation firm worldwide. Prior to that, Diaa had led the financial management at Eltek Egypt, a leading worldwide power solutions vendor.

Diaa holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance division, Faculty of commerce Ain Shams University, Egypt, also a member of Egyptian Taxation Society since 2002, also he is a chartered accountant since 2001 and holding Professional Certificate in Accounting and Finance from AUC Cairo.

Khaled El Ghazzawy

Managing Director, ECO Solutions

Khaled El-Ghazawy is a veteran datacenter infrastructure technology leader. Khaled was one of the entrepreneurs that led the datacenter infrastructure implementations in Egypt.

Khaled joined ECOTEL in 2017 as the managing director for ECOTEL Datacenter Business Unit, with his long experience, Khaled has led the Datacenter unit towards achieving many success stories, building the largest and most strategic datacenters infrastructure projects in Egypt. In 2021, Khaled became the General Manager of ECO SOLUTIONS, an ECOTEL company providing state-of-the-art integrated datacenter solutions from infrastructure, networking, storage, computer and operation as managed services.

Before ECOTEL, Khaled was the founder of Perfect Net, network and datacenter infrastructure company, prior to that, Khaled led various positions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia delivering design, implementation and operation projects with high focus on technology adoption and quality projects delivery.

Mohamed Abdelazim

Managing Director, ECO SERVICES

Mohamedm, Managing Director of ECO SERVICES business unit, part of ECOTEL leading the unit towards providing high quality telecom services to all telecom companies in Egypt. Mohamed is key achiever and has matured the overall ECO SERVICES business unit towards high success and robust growth.

Prior to that, Mohamed was running the Operations of The Telecom Services unit in ECOTEL for eight years, building sound business relationships with both customers and technology providers. Prior to that, Mohamed was a strategic accounts project manager in QuickTel with successful track record in implementation and managed services. Prior to that Mohamed worked for ARAB CABLE COMPANY (ELSEWEDY) as power testing engineer.

Mohamed holds a B.Sc., in Electrical Power & Machines and MBA in Strategic Management.

Business Development Director

Mohamed Fahmy has joined ECOTEL as the Business Development Manager. Fahmy comes with around 19 years of experience in Telecom industry.

Fahmy holds a B.Sc., Electronics & Communication Engineering from Cairo University, Project Management Diploma from AUC and MBA - Strategic Management.
